Manokaran V Perumal is the Founder and Managing Director of MKPP Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd. With more than 28 years of industry experience in mechanical services and project execution across both onshore and offshore environments, he has played a key role in shaping the company’s growth and strategic direction.
He holds an Executive Diploma in Business Management from West Coast University with specialization in Business Leadership & Strategic Management (2012), followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from West Coast University in 2013. He is also a Certified Oil & Gas Manager by the Cambridge Association of Managers, United Kingdom.
As Managing Director, his responsibilities include leading project planning and execution, defining project scope and deliverables, overseeing resource allocation, monitoring project performance, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. He also drives the company’s strategic direction, focusing on sustainable growth and strengthening MKPP’s capabilities within the oil & gas and industrial sectors.
Throughout his career, he has overseen more than 118 project undertakings across both onshore and offshore operations.
PRIYA MANOKARAN
Co-Founder & Operations and Administration Manager
Director, Envithrive Engineering Sdn Bhd

Priya Manokaran is the Co-Founder of MKPP Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd and serves as the Operations and Administration Manager, overseeing the company’s operational coordination and administrative management functions. She also serves as a Director of Envithrive Engineering Sdn Bhd, the joint venture partner supporting MKPP’s participation in licensed onshore and offshore projects within the oil & gas sector, where she oversees key operational and administrative functions at the group level.
In her dual capacity, she plays a key role in ensuring the effective execution of day-to-day operations, supporting project delivery within the marine, oil & gas, and petrochemical sectors, while aligning operational, administrative, and compliance requirements with engineering-driven project execution.
She holds a Bachelor of Medical Science (Clinical Physiology) from Central Queensland University, Australia, and an Advanced Diploma in Biomedical Science from Raffles College of Higher Education, Singapore. She also completed her foundation studies at Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU), Malaysia. Her academic background supports a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach in managing complex operational processes.
With over 16 years of experience, Priya oversees key business functions including procurement, vendor and supplier management, purchasing coordination, logistics planning, payroll administration, accounts support, and internal operational control. She works closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure operational readiness, cost efficiency, and timely project execution in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
She is actively involved in the preparation and administration of tenders, commercial proposals, contractual documentation, and compliance-related processes. Her ability to manage multiple operational priorities within fast-paced project environments has been instrumental in supporting both onshore and offshore project execution.
Priya has contributed to the successful coordination and administration of more than 40 projects. Her strong governance, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence continue to strengthen MKPP’s capability and reliability as a service provider in the marine and oil & gas industry.
DR KHARTIC RAO MANOKARAN
Strategic Advisor & Co-Founder
PhD (Management) | 15+ Years Business Strategy & Operations Experience
Dr Khartic Rao Manokaran is a co-founder of MKPP Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd and serves as a Strategic Advisor, contributing to the company’s long-term business development strategies and organizational growth.
He holds a Foundation in Business Management Studies from the University of Nottingham (2008), followed by a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Marketing and Management from Curtin University of Technology, Australia (2013). He later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Raffles University, Iskandar Malaysia (2017), and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in 2024.
In his advisory capacity, Dr Khartic provides strategic insights on business development, operational improvement, and long-term organizational planning. His experience in management, research, and strategic planning contributes to strengthening MKPP’s capabilities and competitiveness within the oil & gas and industrial services sector.
In addition to his industry involvement, he is also actively engaged in academic lecturing and research collaborations with institutions including Raffles University, Kolej MDIS Malaysia, MDIS Singapore, Newcastle University of Medicine Malaysia (NUMed), University of Newcastle (Australia), and the University of Southampton Malaysia.
