MANOKARAN V PERUMAL
Born on 24th February 1959, Manokaran V Perumal is the founder and Managing Director of MKPP Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd.
He holds an Executive Diploma in Business Management from West Coast University with a specialization in Business Leadership & Strategic Management, awarded in the year 2012. In addition to that, he also attained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from West Coast University in the year 2013 with a specialization in Management. He is also a Certified Oil & Gas Manager by Cambridge Association of Managers from United Kingdom in the year 2013.
Some of the tasks and responsibilities of him include leading the planning and implementation of projects, facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables, defining project tasks and resource requirements, developing full-scale project plans, overseeing the coordination of project staff, overseeing the project budget, directing project resource allocation, providing direction and support to the project team, leading quality assurance, superintending and outlining MKPP’s overall business strategy and strategic goals.
Mano, with an astonishing experience of over 25 years in this field and approximately 118 project undertakings onshore & offshore, is very passionate about mechanical equipment, fluid power, innovation in technology and product development. He is also very passionate about golf and has won several tournaments. His dynamic leadership always focuses on the addition of skills & resources, improvement of capabilities, and the development of competencies within MKPP and its team members.
PRIYA MANOKARAN
Born on 13th November 1990, Priya is one of the co-founders and Senior Executive (Operations & Management) of MKPP Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd.
She has graduated with an Advance Diploma in Biomedical Science from Raffles College of Higher Education, Singapore in the year 2012 followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science from Central Queensland University, Australia in year 2013. She has vast experience in administerial job scope.
Some of the tasks and responsibilities of Priya include developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers, proposing, monitoring and controlling budget and expenses accordingly, assisting and coordinating inter-department activities, monitoring, reviewing and evaluating project undertakings, managing contract compliances, preparation of tender documents, supporting the manager in the periodical performance review of overall operations and resources, and maintaining regulatory and licensing coordination of MKPP.
Priya has extensive onshore & offshore project management experience, having completed about 40 projects. Priya is very passionate about senior management tasks, including but not limited to assisting in directing, planning, and coordinating operational activities, acting as the main spokesperson, facilitating internal and external communications, and reviewing and recommending changes to MKPP’s strategic plans on a regular basis
DR KHARTIC RAO MANOKARAN
Born on November 15, 1989, Khartic Rao Manokaran is a co-founder and Operations Manager (Operations & Management) at MKPP Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd.
Khartic holds a Foundation in Business Management Studies from Nottingham University (2008), a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Marketing and Management from Curtin University of Technology, Australia (2013), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Raffles University, Iskandar Malaysia (2017), and a Doctor of Philosophy from the Faculty of Management, UTM Malaysia (2024).
In his role, Khartic oversees the entire operations of MKPP, prepares and implements Project Execution Plans (PEP), represents the company in client meetings, monitors project budgets and claim procedures, ensures adherence to the company’s quality goals, coordinates project personnel (both onshore and offshore) on daily reporting and operational issues, and provides full support to project teams as needed.
Khartic has extensive experience, having managed 57 onshore and offshore projects. He is deeply committed to driving MKPP towards optimal processes and practices, formulating strategies, improving performance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining competitive abilities in the market.
Passionate about lecturing, Khartic is affiliated with Raffles University, Kolej MDIS Malaysia, MDIS Singapore, Newcastle University of Medicine Malaysia (NuMed), University of Newcastle, Australia (UON), and the University of Southampton Malaysia (UoSM). He has published several journals focusing on various elements of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Risk Management.
