CC-2000 DUAL FUNCTION SKID (CC & HOF)

This system works with high velocity flushing technology to clean the chamber/interior, the pipe system, and the cavity of a component. We designed and built the CC-2000, which has the ability of 2 combined pumps, filter (5, 10 & 100 microns), and heating capacity, causing turbulence inside the pipelines to be flushed. This technology has its application in chemical cleaning too, along with lube oil flushing, hydraulic oil flushing, water glycol flushing and water flushing. The key element of the right product offering depends on the requirements of the client and the diameter of the pipeline, as well as the fluid which has to be used for flushing or chemical cleaning works. One can be assured of a trouble-free start-up and a prolonged equipment life, with extended time periods before maintenance. This skid has applications in upstream, midstream, downstream, and petrochemicals (oil & gas), power generation, and pipelines and pumps of turbine lube oil systems.

IBC (INTERMEDIATE BULK CONTAINER) TANKS

IBC tanks are used for waste chemical storage at project sites with proper labelling and necessary hazard signs in accordance with the HSE and project requirements.

HIAC PORTABLE OIL DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM

HIAC PODS+ portable liquid particle counters provide proactive and predictive maintenance information instantly. Sample low or high viscosity fluids and report data to ISO 4406, NAS 1638, or SAE AS4059 reporting standards. With an integrated internal pump eliminating the need for CO2 cartridges, the HIAC PODS+ is highly portable with improved bubble degassing capabilities for virtually unlimited field sampling. It also comes with self-diagnostic alerts, sample recipe wizards and paperless workflows.

HOT OIL FLUSHING SKID 500 (HOF-500)

This system works on high velocity flushing technology, which helps to boost equipment reliability and avoid costly maintenance. Contaminants enter lube oil piping in different ways during construction, commissioning, repairs, and when machine/component failure occurs. This skid is built with an internal filteration capacity of 3 microns. Circulation of high velocity, high flow oil creates turbulence which dislodges the impurities and contaminants present in the pipelines of a lube oil system, thereby saving thousands of dollars, plus the peace of mind in knowing that you have a super clean system. These contaminants may range from pipe scale, welding slag, metal shavings, dirt, dust, water, rags, etc. If left within the piping or tubing circuits prior to start-up, these contaminants can compromise the potential lifespan of the critical rotating equipment, no matter how clean the oil is. You can be assured of a trouble-free start-up and a prolonged equipment life, with extended time periods before maintenance and oil replacement are needed. This skid has applications in upstream, midstream, downstream, and petrochemicals (oil & gas), power generation, and pipelines and pumps of turbine lube oil systems.

CHEMICAL CLEANING SKID (CC-1000)

PRESSURE TESTING MANIFOLD

Our manifolds are designed and manufactured to enable customers to control and test many components at once (up to 1,000psi and 15,000psi). These tough and simple-to-use testing manifolds are intended for liquid and gas service, directing flow and pressure to the test piece in a controlled and safe manner. Our Test Manifolds are available with an optional “A” frame that raises them to a normal working height.

HAMILTON AIR DRIVEN PRESSURE TESTING PUMP

Hydrotest Pump System that is both convenient and heavy-duty. Built in Air Driven Liquid Pump, Stainless Steel Frame, Pressure Gauge, Control Valve, Air filter, Water Filter and Stainless Steel Tank. Connect the air supply and prepare to perform any pressure tests.

URACA HIGH PRESSURE HYDRO JETTING PUMP

Hydro Jetting is a non-invasive cleaning solution that clears pipelines by removing blockages effectively. It involves the use of high-pressure water jets, which can remove debris, clogs, and buildup from the piping  system. The process of hydro jetting involves the flow of water in high pressure up to 10,000 psi. MKPP’s HJ unit using URACA’s technology that promises high removal rates in a short time and excellent cleaning performance due to high water pressure.

HIGH PRESSURE WATER BLASTER DENJET CE40 SERIES

This water blaster and accessories are suitable for numerous applications in the industrial and marine industries. MKPP’s Denjet High Pressure Water Blaster model CE40-230 is an electrically driven pump with a pressure of up to 230 Bar and up to 72 L/min of flow.

TERMAF RECORDER FOR 2 PEN MODEL RPT/A1 (PRESSURE & TEMPERATURE)

The series RPT recorder from TERMAF with circular diagram is being used by MKPP for recording and controlling liquids, gases, and vapours in an industrial system. The series RPT recorder pressure and temperature, two or one pressure, two or one temperature with a pressure of up to 230 Bar and up to 72 L/min of flow.

ULTRASONIC FLOW METER MOSEB MU-1000H HANDHELD PORTABLE WITH CLAMP-ON SENSORS

The MU-1000H is a portable, easy to use ultrasonic flow meter for a variety of liquid applications and pipe sizes. It delivers accurate flow rate readings from the pipe exterior, without process interruptions, messy drilling or patching. The backlit screen and user-friendly interface allow set up, measurement and data export in minutes. It is suitable for a range of pipe sizes from 25mm to 6,000mm with several types of transducer available.

EXTERNAL FILTER STANDS

MKPP provides custom-made filtration housings of various types, primarily basket strainers.We ensure the best efficiency and suitability of the filter housing for the application we offer our products for. The filter consumables for the Filter Housings are readily available as spares from us, varying from 5, 10 and 100 microns depending on the system specification. The types of fluids to be filtered are mostly all types of oil, chemicals and water.

BJV ROTARY CLEANING NOZZLE (ROCKET NOZZLE)

BJV rotary nozzle is our most versatile line of pipe cleaning tools, designed for the widest range of pipe diameters, pressures, flows, and configurations. A variety of head choices allow for pulling ring connections, customized porting and multiple jetting options. Different viscous fluid options allow operators the ability to change the speed of rotation for hard or easy applications. This tool has a wide range of centralizers, backout preventors, and automated delivery systems.

CENTRIFUGAL WATER PUMP (CPA)

Water flushing is done to remove sediments or other contaminants that are built up in pipes during construction over time. Flushing can help reduce corrosive conditions associated with bio-film growth that can often lead to leaks and breaks. Effective water flushing is done with high flow pumps so that scouring action is created. MKPP has a range of pumps to achieve this.

WATER STORAGE TANK

The gross capacity of 6,000 litres in a single storage tank is mainly used for unlimited water supply and storage for hydrojetting and hydrotesting work. Aside from that, this large capacity tank can be considered for other applications or usages that require a large amount of water to be in a standby mode.

HYDROJETTING CENTRALISERS AND NOZZLES

Designed for straight pipe running only. The adjustable frames allow for an effective pipe clean in diameters ranging from 12 inches (304 mm). It is compatible with the majority of tools with a central lance for mounting tools and rotating wheels for easy maneuvering.

MKPP offers a wide range of nozzles for many different applications. Be it a simple zero degree nozzle for use on the end of a hand lance, a custom drilled pipe or tube cleaning nozzle, or a specially engineered rotating nozzle, MKPP offers them all.

HYDROSTATIC TEST PUMP (MANUAL TYPE)

Compact body with condensed functionality. High pressure can be obtained with simple operation. The operation handle is placed at right angles to the discharge port and pressure gauge, and it is easy to operate without being disturbed during operation.
